Chobe Safari Lodge Reviews

The reception was fair but a lack of willingness to assist later on on in the stay spoiled it somewhat. The campsite was too small for two vehicles (8 persons) but was upgraded on site when this became aparent. The camping staff was very friendly. A very busy time with all the trafic from the cape.

The booking arrangements were exceptionally done. The lodge was not too difficult to find. The food was great, although it took us by surprise that we had to pay for the drinks taken as part of the meals when all meals were included in the booking! Two other comlaints. One, for a country thats hot, to have not even a small fridge in the rooms for a cold drink is not good. Two, you need to know your clients better. We had clearly stated that we were a couple on holiday as part of our honey moon. To be given a room with two single beds was shocking to say the least.

Otherwise, we had a fantastic time at Chobe safari Lodge. Our guide for the game drive was exceptional, Moss was his name I think!
