Chobe Under Canvas

Chobe Under Canvas was the first National Park to be declared in Botswana during 1967 and is home to the largest concentration of majestic elephants found on the African continent. Chobe Under Canvas is surrounded by wonderful wildlife reserves and management areas which allow the game to move around freely. This spectacular reserve is 11700 km2 and located in the very far north of Botswana and borders the Chobe River.

There are trails that meander around the tents and make their way to the gorgeous river banks. Watch the green shadows that play on your tent walls through the large trees as you lay and ponder on the exciting events of the day, listen to the gleeful twittering of the birds and inhale the fresh crisp air.
