Home to largest number of wild elephants in the world, the area also provides a restful backdrop for this exclusive game viewing lodge. Its situation makes the camp an ideal point for the curious traveler, being in close proximity to both the Okavango Delta, Victoria Falls and the Chobe National Park.
The Elephant Valley Lodge is secluded and protected from wildlife by a boundary fence around the camp perimeter, and complimentary transfers to the lodge are provided for guests from Victoria Falls, Kasane and Livingstone.
Accommodation at Elephant Valley Lodge consists of: The lodge boasts 20 comfortable 'meru styled' tents, each tastefully decorated, as well as a pool and thatched and open dining areas in which guests can enjoy their meals just beneath the African forest canopy.
Each tent in the Elephant Valley Lodge is furnished with two beds and an ensuite bathroom which contains a basin, toilet and shower. A mini safe and a fan is also provided for the comfort of guests.
The Elephant Valley Lodge offers a range of activities including guided morning river cruises and afternoon game drives. Trained guides lead guests in skimmers along the peaceful Chobe river, where bird enthusiasts will enjoy spotting members of the biggest white-back vulture colony in the world.
Evening park tours in open game-viewing vehicles provide guests with the opportunity to spot wildlife during the more active hours of the day, whilst simultaneously enjoying drinks near the river at sunset.
