Where the Chobe and the Zambezi rivers flow into one another is the extraordinary meeting place of four African countries: Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nambia and Zambia. With exclusive rights to traverse the warm waters of the Chobe and Zambezi rivers, the Ichobezi Safari Boat offers guests a unique interaction with African wildlife in numerous countries from a position of luxury and comfort on the water.

Accommodation on the Ichobezi Luxury Safari Boat consists of:

The Ichobezi offers guests one of four luxury wooden double cabins, each decorated in a tasteful simple African stryle. Each cabin has its own ensuite bathroom and is equipped with ample cupboard space and power outlets for all devices. Cabin windows slide open onto a beautiful open view of the water, and guests are protected from mosquitoes by window screens.

On Ichobezi, guests have the opportunity to soak up the African sun on a raised open sun deck that has a 360 degree view of the surrounding landscape. From here guests are able to spot wild game whilst enjoying dinner or brunch. Below the sun deck, the Icbobezi boasts a fully-furnished entertainment area and plunge pool, perfect for relaxation in the midday sun. In the case of bad weather, guests are still able to lounge on the couches, protected from the rain and cold by retractable screens. Guests may also relax at the entertainment deck’s bar, whilst playing board games and overlooking the African sunset. Icobezi’s guests eat only the most delicious of meals, all prepared by the boat’s own private chef.

Activities on Ichobezi involve game viewing (both from the main boat and a smaller motor boat), bird watching and guided fishing. Fully-trained guides can also lead guests on walks on Impalila Island which overlooks the convergence point of Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. Guests are transferred to the Ichobezi Safari Boat by boat or car from either Kasane in Botswana, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, Livingstone in Zambia or they can be collected directly at Katima Mulilo in Namibia.
