10 exquisitely designed twin-bedded thatched chalets which can accommodate up to 20 guests. The chalets all have ensuite bathrooms and from their location on the escarpment edge allows guests to take in the unique views from their private balconies. Each chalet was designed to emulate the rich and diverse colours and traditions of Africa. With its panoramic views, the main lodge is said to be the heart of Muchenje. It contains a beautifully layed-out dining area, a spacious lounge where guests can relax, a well equipped bar area and a reception and shop. Guests can also take advantage of the game viewing platform which overlooks the waterhole. Guests are served 3 scrumptious meals per day served to them by the friendly and efficient staff employed at the lodge. The lodge's swimming pool, built amongst natural rock formations, takes full advantage of the African vista and provides a tranquil setting for guests to relax during the heat of the day.
