Falcon Crest Suites Reviews

We stayed at Falcon Crest Suites in the Kanye room for one night. We could not believe the high standard of the room when we walked in - it was huge and the quality was exceptional. The staff were always polite and more than happy to assist us with our queries and requests. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Gaborone and recommend it to everyone.

Friendly and very helpful staff; attractive surroundings; good food; rooms are large, comfortable and attractive; free wifi. Can't find a single fault, only good things.

I was very happy with the accommodation and the good service from the Lodge staff was exceptional and will definitely stay at the place again.

This is a very nice establishment, but let down by the food. We chose the B&B option which was for a room and Continental b/fast. On the 1st morning we went for b/fast at 09h30 only to find that the only food on offer was cereal and tea/coffee. No pastries, no cold meats, no cheeses, no fruit etc.It was only when we queried this,did they attempt to put something together. It was as if there no regard by the staff to ensure that this meal was in place and that customers were no inconvenienced. People get grumpy when they pay good money for a service but do not receive the value of that service.
