Phokoje Bed and Breakfast

Pkokoje Bed and Breakfast facility consists of the following:

1. One self contained cottage approximately 70m from the main house, consisting of spacious bedroom with queen sized bed and overhead fan, well equipped separate open plan kitchen with stocked bar fridge and microwave. Shower, wash basin and toilet. No television. Maximum occupancy - 2. Cottage leads out to delightful bricked patio with braai facilities, shaded by indigenous trees.

2. Two (2) separate en suite bedrooms offset but part of main house each with separate entrances. One with shower and queen size bed and the other with a bath and double bed. Both have overhead fans and stocked bar fridge. No television. Maximum occupancy - 2 per room.

Continental breakfast included with all accommodation offered. Simple but wholesome supper offered as extra for additional P50 per person. One day notice required for supper.

Situated approximately 15 km south of Gaborone off the Lobatse road and nestled on the edge of a well wooded hill, we have 4 hectares of well secured prime Botswana bushveld with lovely views of the surrounding hills. There is game in the area and the garden is a bird watchers paradise. We often hear the sounds of jackal calling at night along with a number of night birds. Apart from the owners, you will be greeted by four dogs and four cats, half of these being rescue animals.

The Lion Park and Mokolodi Game park and Restaurant are within a 15 min drive. Other attractions within easy reach include Thamaga Pottery and Otse Pottery. Top class Restaurants, Cinema’s and sporting facilities are available in Gaborone.
