IMMACULATE

Chic and friendly comfort in Gaborone
We loved this place - it was easy to make the booking over the telephone and we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was very clean and comfortable, the decor modern and luxurious, with leather furniture, lots of pillows and a plasma TV with DSTV. We ate dinner in the small restaurant, again the staff were efficient and very friendly and the food was really outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again if we are in Gaborone.

ome apart from the usual one.

Staywell in Gaborone
The atmosphere, staff and the food were all excellent.We had the perfect holiday with my family! We'll definitely be staying at Staywell when next we visit Gaborone, Botswana.

Oasis of calm in Gaborone
The staff were great - there was a mixup with my airport pickup, and I was impressed at the lengths they went to to make amends. The room was super clean, very well fitted out, great bed, amazing bath. The only fault I could find (if I have to!)is that it would be good to have a cutain on the window that allows both light but privacy at the same time during the day (my window overlooked the general parking area), and maybe a reminder at check-in that breakfast is included, as I forgot the first day! Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and went to lengths to help with anything I needed. I would be happy to stay here if I return to Gaborone

My stay at StayWell Executive Suites
I stayed at the place for two weeks and i had a wonderful stay. The place is well decorated with beautiful furnishings and of course you get value for money.Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Mareledi (supervisor/ manager) is such a nice person.

Top class stopover
I needed to stop over in Gaberone for the night. I was picked up at the airport and taken to a classy executive suite with flat panel TV, Wireless internet very modern amenities and looked after with packed breakfast for my early departure and sumptious supper.
What more can a business traveller want!

Clean, modern and so friendly
What a wonderful find! A small hotel with young, friendly and helpful staff, willing to arrange everything for you. Tastefully decorated - modern and clean. Wireless Internet, and all mod cons. Beautiful bathroom with large bath and shower. Super private terrace with water feature. Even a restaurant and bar. All you could want in a stay!

We stayed VERY WELL
We went to WORK in Gaborone and came back to the room late every evening being dirty and very tired. If it wasn't for the excellent room facilities, cold beverages in the fridge and excellent dinners all available within the room, we would have been very frustrated and not be able to rest at night and complete the task we went to do. We later also stayed over at a few other esteemed places, but longed to rather be back at StayWell if we could. Thanks to the owner and her husband's personal care and the very helpfull staff, this place will be the first we would refer to friends for either working or holiday trips.

Stay at Staywell
The accomodation and reception from staff was fantastic. The only problem we had was getting from the border to the guest house as there were no street names on the map, and it was terribly difficult to navigate to the destination. This needs to be reviewed and improved.

Attend to electrical plugs nowadays the square plugs are the most common had to be without communication, otherwise my stay was wow. Check your breakfast menu too.

Stayed Well
Your Stay Well executive lodge is a top notch one.I realy enjoyed my stay.The interior looks exqusite.I have so far recmmended OK group to make a booking for 8 people probably will book in next week Wednesday 06/04/11.

WOW!!!
This was truly a hidden gem, the place is awesome, took me by surprise. Good value for money... we will definetly come back soon... But you can change the breakfast... make it more fullfilling meal. The food was too small for a breakfast meal... but otherwise Staywell is a beauty... Thank you for accommmodating us.

great stay
Beautiful and nicely decorated rooms with free wi-fi. good breakfast and friendly staff. location a bit out of the city centre. Arrived late at Gaborone airport and at 21.00 there were no taxis around. This is good to know and ask the hotel to arrange pick up.

Professional and efficient Service and Value for Money accommodation
As aforementioned we experienced exceptional service staff were very customer focussed and the executive status of the suites is really what executive is meant to be Thanks to Mareledi and the other staff for your friendly reception the accomodation is worth the money spend

Good stopover
The suite was beautifully clean and decorated with style. Lovely facilities - espcially for those on business. Our room was very noisy though - not well insulated form the noise of other passing guests and staff in the corridor.

great place, great time
We had a good time in Botswana and Staywell was very welcoming. They even advised which places to visit. The only misunderstanding was the exchange rate on the rates, which was promptly corrected by Mareledi. Overall we had a splendid time at Staywell, even our two kids really enjoyed the place. There is a need for a swimming pool though as the place is very hot.

The service was quite exceptional and it began before we could even go there. The staff was very professional and prompt in dealing with enquiries and facilitating reservations. Promises were all kept and the place exceeded our expectations.

It was home away from home. Lived up to its name "Staywell".

World class accommodation at Stay Well.
We stayed at Staywell logde and although the name might be a little deceiving it was an absolute pleasure staying there. The rooms were of a world class standard and staff were very friendly and professional. Well done to Mareledi and her team for an awesome job. Highly recommended.

Well done to StayWell Executive Suites
The service was great!!! All the staff members are friendly and made us all feel special, including the kids!!! The environment was professional yet warm at the same time. We felt at home in the care of Mareledi, Gosaitse, Mmoloki, Matoto and Tsepo and the rest of the team that we did not get to meet personally. The food was good as well! The rooms are neat and tidy and very clean. Keep it up!!!

Botswana hospitality
From the connection by phone you are treated with the utmost care and kindness. The follow up to ensure that all is under control really impressed us nothing was left to chance even our arrival from the border. A truly "Number One" stop over when overnighting in Gaberone.

Fantastic
This was an exceptional Guest House. The Service was Fantastic, and the Service Exceptional to say the least.
All Staff were Friendly and Mareledi went out of her way to assist us, even changing old money for us at the Bank in Town.
The Food was also very Good.
I have no Complaints, and have Recommended the Above to Friends & Family both Locally & Overseas.

Perfect stayover venue for business people
The place is still brand new and clean. The decor is the best I've ever seen in a guest house, the staff is friendly and the food is also not bad at all. I didn't even bother to eat somewhere else. Will defininately be returning there in the future when on a business trip.

Refreshing Luxury in a lovely 'Boutique Hotel'
We stayed in the Luxury Executive Suite and loved it. Very modern top finishes through-out with great attention to detail. Linen is first class, comfy bed and aircon leaves you refreshed after a long days work. Bathroom very modern and spot-less with shower and beautiful bath. The Kitchenette is basic with an essential bar fridge. 2 Plasma TV's and wi-fi in the room adds to a very pleasant business stay. Breakfast is included and is prepared fresh and fast. The Menu for Lunch/Dinner is somewhat limited but the food is good and well prepared. The Chef goes the extra mile to ensure patrons are happy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended - a pleasant surprise awaits you.
