Taylors Cottages

We are situated approx 14 km from Gaborone, on the Notwane river, our property is 5 hectares, we are close to all amenities in town, 20 minutes from the airport, the closest shopping centre is Game City where they have movies, restaurants and plenty shops.

There is a Game Reserve 2 kms away for anyone interested in Game viewing, there is also a fabulous thatched restaurant and every evening at five pm, the White Rhino's come up to feed at the restaurant. Living in Notwane one has the advantage of being in the bush and 10 minutes out of town for business meetings, shopping and daily activities. For the bird watchers we have wonderful birding available along the banks of our property, there is also a Vulture colony approx 15 minutes away.

We are 10 minutes away from a small border post called Ramotswa, we have a map available for this route via Zeerust. We also have fish in the river for those who love fishing, please bring your fishing rods with you, the type of fish are carp, barbel and bream. For the cyclists we have plenty of cycling routes available from here with no traffic, all the routes are through dirt roads in the bush, which are easily accessible, the same applies anyone who is interested in running. There is also a canoe for those who would prefer to row on the river.

The chalets are on the riverfront, thatched with natural rock, the rooms have fans, heaters, electric blankets, laundry facilities available, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, we supply a continental breakfast, we also have braai facilities available on the jetty.
