Deep within the magnificent valley not far from Mmakgodumo Dam, one will discover a luxurious hotel-lodge, set within close distance to Kanye in Southern Botswana. Motse Lodge offers guests a wide range of accommodation choices from stylish rooms and gorgeous chalets to traditional rondavels and secure campsites.

Whatever your reason for being in Botswana, whether its for a wedding, a conference or just on holiday, Motse Lodge can accommodate you! There are five spacious hotel rooms within the main building, all complete with AC, DSTV and bathrooms.

But if you’d prefer a little more privacy, Motse Lodge has seven gorgeous chalets, styled in the way of traditional Setswana houses. These chalets are all ensuite, with two bedrooms, ceiling fans and self-catering kitchens.

For the more adventurous, who want to experience something different, there are also three authentic rondavels available at Motse Lodge. These rondavels are just a stones throw away from the Motse Lodge swimming pool. There are also lovely camping sites available, for those who wish to spend time in nature. Guests staying here are welcome to bring caravans and simply park them onsite.

The central Motse Lodge area is great for both entertainment and socializing with other guests. There is a large conference room available for delegates and businessmen alike, which can host up to 60 people. This conference room is complete with a TV and a VCR, as well as an overhead projector and flip chart.

The restaurant boasts a private highly skilled chef whose creations will leave you speechless, whether you order a small snack or a three-course gourmet meal!

Some of the activities offered at Motse Lodge include taking a stroll down to the dam for a bit of bird watching and fishing. Then there are numerous historical sites to be visited in the area surrounding the hotel, or you can even stay right where you are and enjoy a little volley or basketball. Guests are also recommended to go on a few game-drives nearby, all of which can be organized by the staff at Motse Lodge.
